What can i say? A two-column layout with fixed dimensions. Sure it's nothing that will take over the world or get women to talk to you, but it can serve as either a personal or commercial web site.

Who ever says they hate eating candy corn is a liar!
Fluid, three-column design with a serious pumpkin theme. Maybe a good starting template that someone can improve upon and hopefully good enough to place in the Fall/Autumn contest.
