Welcome
This is my 2nd OSWD submission, as well as my best until now.
In the left pane, that are the main links like every page has. I used links in the left top corner to switch the language. Probably, that isn't something that everyone need, but it's very easy to remove that from the html.
This is a valid XHTML and valid CSS design. It's displayed exactly the same in Konqueror, Mozilla and IE. My source code is very easy to understand and maintain and because the small size of this site, everything can load fast.
